Garage Kombucha is an Edmonton based company (we will try a not hold that against them) that has just recently opened in Crossroads Market. Their naturally carbonated kombucha is traditionally fermented for 28 days. Made with very little sugar and not artificial flavours, the taste is very smooth and without that vinegary taste due to organic acid.
